These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the services provided by The Cloud Aro (“we”, “us”, “our”), including web hosting, virtual servers, domains, SSL certificates, email hosting, cloud services, and related offerings (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

  • These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the services provided by The Cloud Aro (“we”, “us”, “our”), including web hosting, virtual servers, domains, SSL certificates, email hosting, cloud services, and related offerings (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

  • We provide: - Shared & reseller web hosting - Virtual servers (VPS/VDS) - Dedicated servers - Domain registration and DNS services - SSL certificates - Email hosting & security services - Cloud infrastructure and cloud gaming environments
  • Service availability is subject to technical, maintenance, and security requirements.

2. Account Responsibilities

  • You agree to: - Provide accurate account and billing information - Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials - Be responsible for all activity under your account
  • We may suspend services for security, abuse, or non-payment.

3. Billing & Payments

  • Services are billed in advance unless stated otherwise
  • Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy
  • Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination
  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.

4. Suspension & Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if you: - Violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy - Engage in illegal, abusive, or harmful activities - Fail to make timely payments

5. Limitation of Liability

  • The Cloud Aro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or business interruption.

6. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections under EU or US law where applicable.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

  • This AUP defines prohibited activities on The Cloud Aro infrastructure.

Prohibited Use

  • You may not use our Services to: - Host or distribute malware, phishing, or malicious code - Send spam or bulk unsolicited email - Engage in hacking, DDoS attacks, or unauthorized access - Host illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive content - Infringe copyrights or intellectual property rights - Abuse system resources beyond allocated limits

Enforcement

  • Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • This policy applies to all paid services.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are provided only where explicitly stated:
  • - Shared hosting: eligible within 7 days of initial purchase
  • - VPS, dedicated servers and any other cloud services: non-refundable
  • - Domains, SSL certificates, licenses: non-refundable

2. Cancellation

  • You may cancel services via client portal
  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not guarantee refunds

3. Abuse & Policy Violations

  • No refunds are issued for suspensions or terminations due to policy violations.

Refund Policy

  • To comply with PayFast requirements:
  • Refund requests must be submitted via support ticket or email to refund @thecloudaro.com
  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 7–10 business days
  • Transaction and processing fees may be deducted where applicable
  • The Cloud Aro reserves the right to decline refunds for digital services already provisioned or consumed.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

  • The Cloud Aro targets 99.9% network uptime per month excluding scheduled maintenance. Critical support issues are responded to within 4 hours, standard issues within 24 hours. No SLA credits apply for abuse, force majeure, or customer misconfiguration.

DMCA & Copyright Policy

  • The Cloud Aro complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Valid takedown requests may be sent to dmca @thecloudaro.com or copyright @thecloudaro.com. Repeat infringers may have services terminated. Customers are responsible for hosted content.

Chargeback & Dispute Policy

  • All services are digital and provisioned after payment. Customers must contact support before initiating disputes. Invalid chargebacks include non-refundable services, renewals, abuse-related suspensions, or change of mind. We may submit logs, invoices, IP records, and policy acceptance as evidence to payment gateway service provider or banks.
